Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 90 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
- We accept returns of new and gently used products.
- Items should be returned with all included accessories whenever possible.

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions
After reviewing your request, we will provide return authorization and detailed return instructions.
Please do not send any item back without receiving return approval, as this may delay the processing of your refund.
Step 3 – Return the Item
Once your return has been approved, you may return the product using any reliable shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.
A valid tracking number is recommended for your protection.
Return Methods
Returns may be made:
- By mail
- At an authorized drop-off location (when applicable)
- In person (where available)
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, typically within 72 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Approved refunds include:
- The full purchase price
- Any original shipping charges you paid (if applicable)
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that your financial institution may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Depending on the situation, BabySafeGate may:
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund.
