Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with BabySafeGate. The following terms and conditions govern our wholesale program. Please review them carefully before submitting an application or placing a wholesale order.
WHO CAN APPLY
To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:
- Operate a physical retail store, with or without an online presence; or
- Operate an established online business with an existing customer base or audience.
Reselling BabySafeGate products through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing.
Wholesale purchases are intended for resale only and may not be purchased for personal use.
APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS
All wholesale applications are individually reviewed.
We reserve the right to:
- Approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
- Cancel or suspend wholesale accounts that violate this policy or misuse our products or brand.
- Request additional business information before approval.
Our goal is to partner with retailers who represent the BabySafeGate brand professionally and responsibly.
PRICING
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers.
- Wholesale discounts are intended solely for products purchased for resale.
- Retail customers and promotional purchases are not eligible for wholesale pricing.
For pricing on large-volume purchases or custom quotations, please contact our wholesale team.
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS
Our wholesale pricing already reflects discounted rates.
Additional discounts are generally not available except:
- During officially announced promotions; or
- For large-volume purchases approved under a separate written agreement.
Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes may be canceled.
INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS
- Invoices are available upon request.
- All invoices are issued in USD.
- Full payment is required before any wholesale order is shipped.
- We do not currently offer credit terms or Net 30/Net 60 payment arrangements.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Wholesale orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees required by their local jurisdiction.
Where offered, qualifying wholesale orders may receive free shipping as indicated during checkout.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
After payment has been received:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated shipping times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.
- If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
BULK & B2B SALES
BabySafeGate welcomes inquiries regarding:
- Bulk purchases
- Corporate orders
- Business-to-business (B2B) partnerships
- Long-term supply agreements

DAMAGED ITEMS
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
